Green Tea Prawns in Oyster Sauce

Prawns 170 g / 克 [meat]
Garlic 1 clove [diced finely]
Green tea powder 1/4 tsp / 茶匙


Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp / 湯匙
Pure Sesame Oil 1/2 tsp / 茶匙
Corn starch 1/2 tsp / 茶匙

  1. Mix prawn meat with marinade.
  2. Saute garlic in 1 tbsp oil.  Add prawn meat and stir-fry until done.  Stir in green tea powder.  Serve at once.
