XO Perserved Meat and French Beans

  1. Trim French beans and cut into sections of about 3 inches. Slice the preserved meat.
  2. Add water to wok.  ook French beans in boiling water.
  3. Add 30 g oil to wok. Stir-fry other ingredients until fragrant. Add French beans, minced meat, preserved meat and Lee Kum Kee XO Sauce. Saute and season. Put in a dry pot.
