Steamed Peacock Clams with XO Sauce

  1. Wash peacock clams. Soak bean vermicelli until soft and line a serving plate.
  2. Put peacock clams on top. Sprinkle with cooking wine, Lee Kum Kee XO Sauce and chicken powder. Steam for 1 minute. Take out. Pour over hot oil and Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood.
