Sea Cucumber and Dried Scallop in Oyster Sauce

  1. Soak well sea cucumbers, dried scallops and Chinese mushrooms.  Scrub away the intestine and sand from sea cucumbers.  Braise with ginger and green onion until tender.
  2. Steam dried scallops and Chinese mushrooms for 1 ½ hours until tender.
  3. Arrange scallops and sea cucumbers on a serving plate.  Arrange choy sum by the side and Chinese mushrooms on the top.  Heat through sauce mix and pour on top.
