Directions
  1. Marinate beef for 15 minutes.
  2. Blanch celery in boiling water for a short while.  Drain.
  3. Saute shallots in 2 tbsp oil.  Add beef and stir-fry until almost done.
  4. Sprinkle with wine.  Add peach, celery and sauce mix.  Cook until heated through.
