Directions
  1. Blanch snow peas, carrot and baby corn in boiling water for 1 minute.  Drain.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil.  Saute ginger and Chinese mushrooms until fragrant.
  3. Add remaining vegetables and sauce mix.  Stir-fry for about 3 minutes until sauce thickens.
