Bean Curd Skin Rolls

Serving Size: 4  (person)

Cooking Time: 15   mins


  1. Blanch bean curd skin in boiling water for a few minutes.  Cut into 8 cm squares. 
  2. Rinse Chinese parsley and remove the leaves.  Blanch the stems and rinse under cold water.
  3. Heat 2 tbsp oil to saute the green onion. Add mushrooms, wood fungus, carrot and stir-fry. 
  4. Toss in seasoning mix and shredded egg.  Stir in thickening and heat through. Set aside to cool as filling.
  5. Arrange some filling onto the bean curd skin, roll and wrap.  Tie with the stem of Chinese parsley.  Repeat to make the other rolls.
