Stir-fried Crabs with Oyster Sauce

Crab(s) 1 kg / 千克 [dried and cut into pieces]
Green onion(s) 4 pcs [sectioned]
Corn starch 1/2 cup / 杯 [for dusting]
Minced Ginger 2 tbsp / 湯匙
Minced Garlic 1/2 tsp / 茶匙


Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp / 湯匙
Chili Garlic Sauce 1 1/2 tbsp / 湯匙
Water 60 ml / 毫升
Sugar 1 tsp / 茶匙
Cooking Wine 1 tsp / 茶匙
Water 2 tbsp / 湯匙
Corn starch 1 tsp / 茶匙

  1. Dust crabs with corn starch. Deep-fry in hot oil until golden yellow and done.   Drain.
  2. Heat 3 tbsp oil. Saute minced ginger, garlic and green onions. Add crabs and seasoning mix. Stir well until heated through.
  3. Stir in thickening and cook until thickens.
